Free standard shipping usually takes approx. 8 days. Our handling time is 1-2 days. We work to process, fill, and get your order to you quickly. If you are concerned about your delivery, use your tracking number to track its location with your local postal service. 

Check your junk or spam mailbox and search for an email from ShopDiva. If you’re still unable to locate it, reach out to our Consumer Experience team at support@divacup.com and they’ll be happy to help!

Orders over $50 (before applicable taxes) qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $50 (before applicable taxes), a flat $7.95 delivery fee applies.

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it. Reach out to our Consumer Experience team at support@divacup.comforassist with canceling or modifying your order.

If your package says it was delivered but you haven’t received it, first check your confirmation email to make sure your mailing address was input correctly. If your mailing address is correct, contact your local post office with the tracking number for additional information. If you still haven’t received your package within 3 business days after it was marked as delivered, contact us at support@divacup.com

SavedBy

SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help.

SavedBy varies depending on the price of your order. It will automatically calculate once you begin to add items to your cart.

You don’t, but it can help speed up the process of resolving issues related to shipping. And in some cases where packages may not be covered by us, SavedBy can help where we wouldn’t be able to.

Orders

No – You will need to go through your insurer to get reimbursed for your DivaCup or Diva Disc purchase. If you need a receipt, reach out to our team at support@divacup.com and we would be happy to provide you with a copy.

If after working with the team, you are still not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund or replacement product.
