Getting Started with the DIVA™ Disc

Sanitize your DIVA™ Disc
Before using your DIVA™ Disc for the first time, sanitize it in a pot of boiling water for 5-10 minutes
Tip: Place your DIVA™ Disc inside a metal whisk to keep it from touching the bottom of the pot.

How To Insert a Menstrual Disc
Pinch the DIVA™ Disc lengthwise. Hold the folded disc between your thumb and forefinger with the anti-slip pull-tab facing out and away from your body. Push the opposite end of the pinched disc into your vagina horizontally. Then, tuck it in place behind your pubic bone.

When it’s time to empty your DIVA™ Disc
Wash your hands. Using your index finger, untuck the front rim of your DIVA™ Disc from behind the pubic bone. Loop your finger into the anti-slip pull-tab and gently slide the DIVA™ Disc out, keeping it horizontal to avoid spills. Empty your flow into the toilet, sink, or shower.
Wash your hands, wash your DIVA™ Disc
Before insertion and after removal, you should wash your DIVA™ Disc with DIVA™ Wash or a mild, artificial fragrances free, oil-free soap.

Store it
Always use the cotton pouch to store your DIVA™ Disc between cycles. Keep your DIVA™ Disc away from perfumes and never store it in an airtight container

FAQs
The Cramp Care Cream is formulated to ease muscle tension and cramping. It may provide comfort for cramps associated with fibroids, polyps, or digestive-related discomfort, though it does not treat the underlying condition.
The Cramp Care Patch and The Cramp Care Cream should not be used together. Please choose one product at a time based on your comfort needs.
Yes, you can enjoy mess-free period sex with the DIVA™ Disc, though we recommend emptying it before getting started. Note that the DIVA™ Disc is not a contraceptive device, and it can’t protect you from sexually transmitted diseases.
If you’ve had sex with the disc in, we recommend waiting 30 to 60 minutes before removing it. This gives your pelvic floor muscles time to relax and your cervix to return to its normal position, making removal easier. The disc’s oval shape helps it stay securely in place without rotating.
The Cramp Care Cream is made with gentle, naturally derived ingredients and is safe for use by people aged 2 years and up. As with any topical product, we recommend testing on a small area of skin first to ensure comfort.
Our period underwear is great for providing all-day confidence and
protection.
The 10" ultra absorbent gusset means maximum coverage,
replacing the need for 9 regular size tampons. Wear them alone or as backup with a DIVA™ Cup or DIVA™ Disc.
The Cramp Care Cream is suitable for use with all other DIVA™ products except the Cramp Care Patch. Do not use the cream together with heating pads or heating patches.
