Getting Started

Sanitize your Cup
Before using your DIVA™ Cup for the first time, sanitize it in a pot of boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
Tip: To prevent damage to your Diva Cup should you forget it's boiling, place your cup inside a metal whisk. This will keep your menstrual cup from touching the bottom of the pot.

Learn How to Fold your DIVA™ Cup
There are two ways to fold your menstrual cup: The U-Fold and the Push-Down Fold. Both are easy to master and suitable for beginners.

U-Fold
Flatten your DIVA™ Cup and pinch it in half to create a U-shape.

Push-Down Fold
Hold the top rim of your DIVA™ Cup. With your index finger on the edge, push the rim down into the centre of the cup base to create a triangle.

How to Insert a Menstrual Cup
Wash your hands and get comfortable. While sitting on the toilet, or standing with one leg up on the bathtub, gently separate your labia with your free hand. Take a deep breath and relax your pelvic floor muscles.

Insert
Hold the folded cup between your thumb and forefinger and push the curved edge of the folded cup into your vagina horizontally.

Rotate
Once the DIVA™ Cup is in your vagina, grip the base of the cup (not the stem), and turn the cup one complete rotation—360 degrees. This will create a leakproof seal.

How To Remove Menstrual Cup
When it's time to empty your DIVA™ Cup, wash your hands. Pinch the base of your cup to release the seal. Never pull a menstrual cup by the base without releasing the seal first. Keep the cup pinched while gently easing it out, and empty your flow into the toilet, sink, or shower.
Wash your hands, wash your cup
Before insertion and after removal, wash your DIVA™ Cup with a mild, artificial fragrances free, oil-free soap like DIVA™ Wash.

FAQs
The Cramp Care Cream is formulated to ease muscle tension and cramping. It may provide comfort for cramps associated with fibroids, polyps, or digestive-related discomfort, though it does not treat the underlying condition.
The Cramp Care Patch and The Cramp Care Cream should not be used together. Please choose one product at a time based on your comfort needs.
As the DIVA™ Cup is a personal care product, we recommend that you inspect your cup regularly for signs of deterioration such as a sticky or powdery film, severe discolouration, odor, etc. If you detect any deterioration, or if you experience irritation, we recommend you replace your DIVA™ Cup with a new one.
The lifespan of your menstrual cup may vary, depending on vaginal pH, how often and how well your cup is cleansed, what cleansing agents are used, etc. Our general guideline is that a DIVA™ Cup can last up to 5 years, but it is ultimately up to the consumer to decide when to replace their cup.
Once opened and exposed to air, The Cramp Care Patch naturally warms up. The patch provides up to 8 hours of soothing heat, which helps relax muscles and ease the discomfort often felt with menstrual cramps.
Our underwear is made without added PFAS—a group of harmful "forever" chemicals that may be reproductively toxic, endocrine-disrupting, or cause skin sensitivities, and in an OEKO TEX 100 Certified facility.
The Cramp Care Cream is suitable for use with all other DIVA™ products except the Cramp Care Patch. Do not use the cream together with heating pads or heating patches.
