I am a huge fan of the Diva cup. It is an incredible replacement for tampons. cup to all my friends. It's really not as hard to insert and wear as people think it is. The Diva cup customer support is also incredible. I replaced an old cup with a new one recently and I bought the wrong size. I reached out to support to ask about replacements and they took the time to ask me a bunch of questions to help me find the right size, and they replaced it! I did write a question to DIVA asking if the quality of the absorption is affected at all if you wear one pair all day for 12-16 hours. They promptly got back to me stating they will hold a lot, of course depending on your personal instance.
