Earn points every time you shop, as well as through other activities available in the program. Head to the Earn Points section to see all the ways you can earn points.

Once logged in, head to the Rewards section. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for available rewards.
- Approved: These points are available to exchange for rewards.
- Pending: These points are being verified and will become available soon.
- Cancelled: These points won't be added to your account, such as when an order is cancelled or fully refunded.
If a referred purchase is cancelled or returned, the referral points linked to that order will no longer be awarded and will be removed from your account.
To use your points, exchange them for a voucher in the Rewards section, then copy the voucher code and apply at checkout.
For some activities, you will get the points instantly, or after you refresh your screen. Other activities may have a waiting period. Even during this waiting period, you should be able to see your points as pending in your History section.
