If you're used to tampons, the DIVA Disc may take a little getting used to!
Unlike a tampon, the disc sits higher in the vaginal canal and around the cervix, with the front rim tucked behind the pubic bone.
Instead of inserting the disc straight upward, guide it back and down toward your tailbone. Once it's in place, the disc should sit comfortably around the cervix, rather than vertically like a tampon.
It may take a couple of cycles to get the positioning right but once you get it, you’ll never go back.
