Returns and Exchanges Policy
DIVA™ Cup and DIVA™ Disc
It can take a few cycles to get used to your DIVA™ Cup or Disc. If you are experiencing any challenges, reach out to our Consumer Experience team by texting 1-866-444-3482 or emailing support@divacup.com. We are available Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm ET.
Please have your proof of purchase available, along with details of the issue you’re experiencing. You will need to submit photos of your product and proof of purchase.
Requests for support must be received within 90 days of the date of purchase. Requests received after 90 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement except due to a manufacturer’s defect; see below for details)
DIVA™ Period Underwear
All DIVA™ Period Underwear is final sale and is not eligible for refunds. However, if you find that you have purchased the wrong size, you can request an exchange within 45 days by texting 1-866-444-3482 or emailing. If you ordered multiple pairs of underwear, we kindly ask that you open, wash, and wear one pair only. Requests received after 45 days of purchase are not eligible to receive an exchange, except due to a manufacturer’s defect; see below for details.
DIVA™ Wash, Shaker Cup, Accessories
DIVA™ Wash, Shaker Cup, and all other accessories are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange nor replacement, except due to a manufacturer’s defect; see below for details).
Unauthorized Sellers
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our return, exchange and replacement policy does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers (for certainty, if you purchase a product from an unauthorized seller, as determined by DIVA International Inc. in our sole discretion, you will not be eligible to receive a refund, exchange or replacement).

Limited Warranty
Subject to the foregoing limitations, warrants that DIVA™ products (“Product(s)”) will be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase by the original, end-user purchaser. Because DIVA™ cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from DIVA™ or a DIVA™ authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. DIVA™ reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
This limited warranty does not cover discoloration from normal use or other typical wear and tear, damage due to misuse, improper care, alteration to the Product, or negligence. The DIVA™ Consumer Experience Team is standing by if you have questions on how to properly care for your DIVA™ products.
Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a manufacturing defect must contact DIVA™ by email at .
If your request is approved, you will then need to send DIVA™ a picture of your Product, and your proof of purchase, to support@divacup.com. Additionally, DIVA™ may require that you mail your Product to DIVA International Inc. at the address below and, if this request is made, DIVA International Inc. will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
DIVA International Inc. will replace a defective Product that is covered by this limited warranty or will refund the purchase price of the Product (all as determined by DIVA International Inc. in our sole discretion).

DIVA International Inc. reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny any requests in our sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has not complied with the letter and spirit of this policy (including without limitation if the customer has provided falsely, misleading or otherwise inaccurate or incomplete information).
Applicable only in Canada:
To the extent that applicable law (which may include the Province of Quebec) prohibits the exclusion of implied warranties or conditions, the duration of any applicable implied warranty or condition is limited to the period specified for the express warranty above.
Some jurisdictions (which may include the Province of Quebec) do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Under no circumstances shall DIVA International Inc. be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some jurisdictions (which may include the Province of Quebec) do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Any oral or written description of the Product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an express warranty.
Effective Date: October 10, 2023
This policy applies to purchases of Products (defined above) completed on or after the effective date, subject to any subsequent amendment of this policy.
